Our call centre can get very busy, and we are asking you to help us by only contacting us if you have an urgent query. We want to prioritise helping our more vulnerable customers.
If you can use our website to contact us or report, this will enable us to support those who can’t use other channels available to them.

Changes to the Customer Contact Centre at Lynton House
If you wish to speak with us, please call our customer service advisors on 020 8554 5000 who will be able to help you with your enquiry or direct you to where you can access more information.
We do receive a high number of calls and regrettably customers may experience a delay in their call being answered. Alternatively you can contact us via our online contact form and we will get back to you.
You can also visit our Engagement Hubs and access various support you need in your local community.
You can call us between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Telephone appointments will be scheduled between 9am to 4pm as per opening times. Calls outside of these hours including weekends will be answered by our out of hours service.
Our Face to face service at Lynton House is available by pre-booked appointment only.
We will only see customers with an immediate emergency.
