Rent a parking space

You’ll need to live on one of these council estates if you want to rent a parking space.   

  • Gardner Close, Eastern Avenue, E11 2HW
  • Gaysham Hall, Longwood Gardens, Barkingside, IG5 0ER
  • Beehive Court, Beehive Lane, IG1 3RR
  • St Peters Close, Newbury Park, IG2 7QN  

We currently have a waiting list for all these estates.  

Your account must be in credit when applying for a parking space. 

 

Costs  

The cost for renting a parking space depends on the council estate.   

  • £1.20 to £2.67 per week

What happens next  

We’ll contact you when a parking space becomes available.  

If no parking spaces are available, we’ll add you to the waiting list.   

You’ll need to provide us with the following proof if you accept the parking space offer:  

  • driving licence photocard
  • National Insurance number
  • vehicle registration document (log book)  

We’ll ask you to pay six weeks rent in advance by debit or credit card. You’ll need to provide your bank details to set up a direct debit for future payments.
