Landlord accreditation

The accreditation scheme is a good way to give tenants the confidence that you’re a good landlord or agent.   

If you have completed an accreditation course, you can get a £35 discount on each of your property licence applications.  

 

London Landlord Accreditation Scheme  

You can get accreditation from the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS).  

Anyone involved in renting out property can join the LLAS. You can be a new landlord with one property or an agent working on behalf of hundreds of landlords.  

To become an accredited landlord, you must:  

• complete a development course
• agree to comply with a code of conduct
• be fit and proper
