Notice of IT system maintenance, for housing support requests

From 8am Thursday 5th October to midnight Sunday 8th October, Redbridge Council will be carrying out essential upgrades to the system that helps us manage housing support requests. This means that some queries may take a little longer than usual to process. Normal service will resume on Monday 9th from 7am
We anticipate the maintenance will last for approximately four days. Rest assured we will still receive your query and will respond as soon as possible after our system is back up and running.
Some of the affected service areas will include:
- Tenancy sign ups
- Accessing or providing information on rent and leaseholder accounts
- General information about tenancy and leases to answer customer enquiries
