The Redbridge Design Review Panel provides expert advice to applicants, council officers and the planning committee during the pre-application process. It also comments on planning applications.

The panel is managed by Frame Projects and is funded independently of the council. The council will refer applicants to the panel and fees are paid to Frame Projects. The panel will assess the design of the proposal, and provide advice on design quality.
