Supplementary planning documents

Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) have guidance for the public, applicants and developers to help with planning applications. In some cases they explain how policies apply to a particular site. SPDs have extra information beyond what you find in planning policies.

Section 106 template

Planning obligations are normally agreed between the council, land owners and developers in a legal agreement called a Section 106 (S106) agreement.

You should use the standardised template for Section 106 Agreements. You should use this with the Planning Obligations SPD and relevant policies.
