Fast track your career National Graduate Development Programme
The NGDP is a national initiative run by the Local Government Association in partnership with Local Authorities with the aim of attracting talented young people into local government careers.
You will work on issues that matter, gaining insight into the front line, operational delivery and corporate management of council services. while building your career in the public sector, the largest employer in the UK. Over a two-year period, the NMTs at Redbridge undertake a range of challenging work placements, complimented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Local Government Management at Warwick Business School, national training events and extensive support.

Preparing for Assessment Centre's
If you are preparing for an upcoming assessment do check the guidance provided by the graduate provider/employer. There are a range of free Numerical, Verbal and Logical Reasoning practice tests out there, but do check first to ensure that you prepare for the correct tests.
Most also offer help and top tips on CV writing, reasoning tests and assessment centres.
Accessing support from your University
As a graduate you will have automatically joined your university’s “alumni network”. As a member you may be able to access a range of support, advice, volunteering and networking opportunities as you embark on your next steps. Enquire with your university’s alumni team or employability service for further information.
